LATEST CLUB NEWS..HOT OFF THE PRESS!
Founded in March, 1996, our club boasts over 115 members. We meet monthly in varying locations, currently in either Easton or New Bedford. However, beginning in 2003, we have secured a new meeting location at the VA Medical Center on Rt 123 in Brockton (Exit 17a off Route 24), and we will have a few meetings during the year at the VFW in New Bedford. We
have bus trips, display demonstrations, hands on workshops, speakers, vendors,
socials, shopping events and an annual House Tour. We also travel as a group to
many collector gatherings around the country. We publish a monthly newsletter,
"Mental Notes" (8-12 pages), mailed directly to all our members before each meeting, with all the latest D56 information as well as club
happenings, sales and dealer events. We also have a member only E-mail system
for time-sensitive or late breaking news. As part of the NCC(National Council of 56 Clubs), our
members have access to special members-only Dept 56 buildings and accessories for our collections. We are a fun group certified
